iNeedMD Investor Update
NEW YORK-(GLOBE NEWSWIRE – December 31, 2015)—iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NEMD) (“iNeedMD” or the “Company”) a medical device development company, issued a written communication to its current shareholders to provide an overview of the Company’s activities in its first year of commercialization.
As has been communicated over the last six months through periodic press releases, iNeedMD is continuing to forge distribution relationships, particularly in international markets. The EKG Glove™ system has been well-received outside the U.S. because as in many cases, without the introduction of the system’s platform, access to electrocardiograph (“ECG” or “EKG”) technology would be limited to larger city centers. The portability and ease-of-use of the product offering will allow physicians and technicians, with even cursory knowledge of EKG electrode positioning and acquisition, to provide patients with one of the mainstays of diagnostic cardiac testing, regardless of proximity to an established healthcare infrastructure.
The Company’s distribution network now provides sales representation in 25 countries that span the continents of Europe, Africa, Australia, and the western region of Asia; iNeedMD is also continuing to pursue relationships with well-established medical device distributors in China given the product’s CFDA approval and the country’s emerging adoption of telemedicine as a healthcare solution for the 98% of its residents who live outside of cities like Beijing or Shanghai. Additionally, The EKG Glove™ system is getting traction in the government and sports medicine markets in the U.S. where healthcare providers are looking for flexible, portable medical device options that can bring cardiac testing on-site, whenever and wherever it is needed.
The Company looks forward to providing its investors with updates on sales, marketing and product development activities through public announcements and in its public filings in the coming calendar year. Further information about iNeedMD’s annual shareholders’ meeting will be forwarded after the first quarter of 2016.

iNeedMD Signs $1.5 million Western Africa Distribution Agreement
NEW YORK-(GLOBE NEWSWIRE – October 9, 2015)—iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NEMD) (“iNeedMD” or the “Company”) a medical device development company, is pleased to announce that it has initiated a distribution relationship with Clifton Africa Ltd (“Clifton”), a United Kingdom- and Nigeria-based medical supply company for the sale and marketing of The EKG Glove™ and related products in various West African countries. Clifton is specifically focused on satisfying the unmet medical device needs of the healthcare systems in Niger, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Republic of Benin, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Ghana. The initial term of the Agreement spans 12 months, with minimum product purchases totaling $1.5 million.
In sub-Saharan regions of Africa, cardiovascular disease is the number-one cause of death in adults over the age of 30. Clinical investigators advise that various cardiac disease states, including hypertension, may be the inevitable side effects of economic growth and Westernization due to the introduction of processed foods; some also hypothesize that specific African populations may be more vulnerable to salt retention which may exacerbate hypertensive conditions. The electrocardiograph (“ECG” or “EKG”) is often used as an inexpensive, screening tool to assess potential cardiac damage in a hypertensive patient. The EKG Glove™ is a single-use, infection-limiting product, that integrates a standardized system of electrodes and lead wire circuitry into a one-piece, peel-and-stick format. It can easily be positioned on an individual’s chest in less than 60 seconds, making it appropriate for use in pre-hospital, clinics and remote testing environments where time is usually of the essence and access to highly-skilled technicians may be limited. A single cable connects The EKG Glove™ to a variety of portable Bluetooth-enabled EKG acquisition devices or more stationary EKG machines offering users a flexible and convenient 12-lead testing platform.
As iNeedMD’s President and CEO, Thomas Nicolette noted, “The Clifton Africa Ltd. team brings a wealth of experience and contacts in the ambulatory care and clinical marketplace in Western Africa. They have a keen understanding of the healthcare needs of this vast region which clearly values fast, efficient and portable medical device solutions – all benefits which the user-friendly EKG Glove™ system encompasses with respect to cardiac care. We are excited to be partnering with Clifton and are ramping up our sales support team to assist their sales organization in implementing The EKG Glove™ system.”

iNeedMD Receives CFDA Registration in China
NEW YORK-(GLOBE NEWSWIRE - Sep 29, 2015) - iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NEMD) (“iNeedMD” or the “Company”), a medical device development company, is pleased to announce that it has received its China Food and Drug Administration (“CFDA “) registration certificate for The EKG Glove™. The CFDA is the main administrative authority charged with the regulation and control of medical devices in China. With CFDA approval, iNeedMD can solidify relationships with local Chinese distribution and sales organizations to promote The EKG Glove™, especially in the rapidly emerging telemedicine market. We believe China’s primary care system is underfunded with basic medical services often absent outside of highly taxed public hospitals located in Tier 1 cities like Beijing or Shanghai. As a result, telemedicine may offer China an opportunity to create an easily accessible point-of-care healthcare system in the other Tier 2 through Tier 7 cities that make up 98% of China’s aggregate population.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cardiovascular disease impacts approximately 230 million Chinese citizens which equates to one-in-five Chinese adults. In addition, the WHO estimates that between 2010 and 2030, annual cardiovascular events are projected to “increase by 50% based on population aging and growth alone.” As a result, we believe the widespread availability of diagnostic 12-lead electrocardiograms (“EKGs”), the mainstay of universal cardiac care, will be integral to the diagnosis or rule-out of cardiac events or conditions in any comprehensive telemedicine system.
EKGs assess the electrical activity of an individual’s heart and traditionally require a trained professional to place a complicated system of ten electrodes and ten corresponding lead wires in a specific configuration on an individual’s chest to obtain an EKG tracing. The EKG Glove™ integrates a standardized system of electrodes and lead wire circuitry into a one-piece, disposable glove-like sheath that can be easily positioned on an individual’s chest to acquire a diagnostic, 12-lead EKG. Its peel-and-stick format can be deployed in less than 60 seconds with minimal instruction making it appropriate for use in clinic, pre-hospital, and remote testing environments where access to highly-skilled technicians may be a challenge. A single cable connects The EKG Glove™ to a variety of portable Bluetooth-enabled EKG acquisition devices or more stationary EKG machines offering users a flexible and convenient testing platform.
iNeedMD’s President and CEO, Thomas Nicolette commented, “The Company has been tracking the various guidance documents issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China (“NHFPC”). In early 2015, the NHFPC outlined a plan to build a uniform national telemedicine service network throughout the country’s vast geography given the shortage of primary care providers and facilities. We believe remote electrocardiograms are built into the framework of China’s evolving healthcare system. As a result of the CFDA’s approval of The EKG Glove™ and the device’s ability to be paired with a variety of portable EKG acquisition devices, iNeedMD is now able to begin forging partnerships with well-established distributors within the Chinese medical device market. We anticipate further announcements as to these agreements within the fourth quarter of this year.”

iNeedMD Signs $3.75 million Middle East Distribution Agreement
NEW YORK-(GLOBAL NEWSWIRE- Jul 21, 2015) - iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: NEMD) (“iNeedMD” or the “Company”) a medical diagnostic device development company, is proud to announce the signing of an international distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) with Dubai-based Core Green General Trading Company, LLC (“Core Green”), a distribution, sales and marketing company focused on niche technology products. Core Green has a stronghold in the Middle East and will represent iNeedMD’s disposable, pre-positioned electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG) lead set, The EKG Glove™, and related products in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt. The initial term of the Agreement spans 24 months, with guaranteed minimum product purchases totaling $3.75 million.
The EKG Glove™ integrates a standardized system of electrodes and lead wire circuitry into a one-piece, glove-like sheath that can be easily positioned on an individual’s chest to acquire a 12-lead, diagnostic electrocardiogram (“EKG”). An EKG is a mainstay of universal cardiac care as it assesses the electrical activity of an individual’s heart and is integral to the diagnosis or rule-out of serious cardiac events or chronic conditions. The EKG Glove™ has a peel-and-stick format and can be deployed in less than 60 seconds. Given its time-efficiency, The EKG Glove™ is a useful tool in triage applications including pre-hospital and emergency medical situations. The EKG Glove™ is a flexible medical device as a single cable connects it with a variety of traditional office- or hospital-based EKG machines or more portable Bluetooth-enabled EKG devices.
Binu Tom Jacob, Managing Director of Core Green commented, “We are excited to integrate The EKG Glove™ into our Virtual Health Care business unit. Computerized vans equipped with state-of-the-art digital diagnostic tools are the backbone of our emergency medical and onsite healthcare offerings. Until now, EKG acquisition was falling short of our expectations with respect to ease-of-use and time-to-result for cardiac screenings. With the addition of The EKG Glove™ paired with a wireless and portable EKG device we are confident that we will provide our customers with an improved diagnostic EKG solution that ultimately improves patient care.”
iNeedMD’s President and CEO, Thomas Nicolette added, “The addition of The EKG Glove™ to Core Green’s progressive and portable healthcare delivery platform further validates the need to bring innovation and standardization to cardiac care, especially in growth-oriented regions of the world, like the Middle East. We are excited to be partnering with Binu and his team and appreciate Core Green’s tangible commitment to marketing The EKG Glove™ and related products to their tech-savvy and demanding customer base.”

Eagle International Limited Makes $1.5 million Commitment to Distribute iNeedMD’s EKG Glove System
NEW YORK-GLOBE NEWSWIRE – June 23, 2015)—iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. (OTC: NEMD) (“iNeedMD”) a medical diagnostic device development company, is proud to announce the signing of an international distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) with United Kingdom-based Eagle International Limited (“Eagle International”), a leading supplier of ambulances, rapid response vehicles and emergency medical products to private healthcare markets. Eagle International will represent iNeedMD’s disposable, pre-positioned electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG) lead set, The EKG Glove™, and related products in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. The initial term of the Agreement is for 24 months, with guaranteed minimum product purchases totaling $1.5 million.
The EKG Glove™ is a first-in-class, single-use product that simplifies and standardizes the acquisition of a 12-lead, diagnostic electrocardiogram. An EKG is a mainstay of universal cardiac care as it assesses the electrical activity of an individual’s heart. The EKG Glove™ can be deployed in less than 60 seconds given its pre-positioned circuitry and peel-and-stick format. When paired with a portable Bluetooth-enabled EKG device or more traditional office- or hospital-based EKG machines, The EKG Glove™ can help deliver cardiac tracings in less than two minutes. This timeliness, especially in an emergency or triage situation, can mean the difference between a patient’s survival and catastrophic damage to the heart muscle because time-sensitive, pharmaceutical and surgical treatment decisions typically require a physician’s interpretation of an accurate EKG.
Jonathon Munro Ford, Managing Director of Eagle International noted, “The EKG Glove’s ease-of-use can vastly accelerate the speed at which a technician can accurately obtain a 12-lead EKG. As a result, we believe our emergency medical customer base is very enthusiastic about iNeedMD’s innovative product and have ranked improved efficiency and a drastic reduction in time-to-result as key product benefits. The EKG Glove™ is also disposable which can help reduce the risk of cross contamination that is present when traditional, reusable lead wires are utilized. We are excited to be launching our international selling efforts for The EKG Glove™ and appreciate iNeedMD’s commitment to supporting our initial distribution relationship.”
Thomas A. Nicolette, Chief Executive Officer and President of iNeedMD remarked, “We believe Eagle International’s decision to offer The EKG Glove™ in tandem with its state-of-the-art ambulance and rapid response vehicles validates the core device characteristics that have shaped the Company’s product development efforts, specifically, time-efficiency, user-friendliness and diagnostic accuracy. We are pleased that Eagle International has made a quantifiable commitment to driving sales of The EKG Glove™ in the international marketplace and look forward to working with their team on the successful implementation of their sales plan.

iNeedMD Signs Agreement with Turkish Distributor
NEW YORK-GLOBE NEWSWIRE – June 9, 2015)—iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. (OTC: NEMD) (“iNeedMD”) a medical device development company, is proud to announce the signing of a distribution agreement with Mayar Medical, a leading supplier of medical equipment and devices in Istanbul, Turkey. Mayar Medical will represent iNeedMD’s first-in-class disposable electrocardiogram lead set, The EKG Glove™ and related products, to public and private sector hospitals, physicians and emergency medical providers.
The EKG Glove™ is an FDA-cleared and CE-marked disposable medical device that standardizes and simplifies the acquisition of an electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG). An EKG assesses the electrical activity of an individual’s heart and is one of the most enduring diagnostic tools utilized by cardiologists. Traditionally, the accuracy of the test has been dependent on a skilled technician’s ability to correctly affix a complex network of 10 electrodes and 10 corresponding lead wires onto a patient’s chest prior to initiating the EKG test. The configuration process for these 20 individual components can be time-consuming and fraught with the potential for error due to electrode misplacement or lead reversal.
The EKG Glove™ streamlines this usually cumbersome pre-test procedure by integrating pre-positioned electrodes and printed circuit technology into a single-use, “peel-and-stick” glove-like sheath. In approximately 30 seconds, a user can simply remove the backing, insert his or her right hand, and apply The EKG Glove™ to the patient’s chest. The EKG Glove™ is versatile - it can be paired with legacy EKG machinery or with a Portable Bluetooth Interface device, also offered by iNeedMD, to facilitate EKG testing in virtually any location.
Thomas A. Nicolette, Chief Executive Officer and President of iNeedMD Holdings, Inc. commented, “We are excited to be launching The EKG Glove™ in the emergency medical sector due to the product’s focus on time-efficiency, diagnostic accuracy and portability. We are thrilled to be working with the progressive sales and marketing team at Mayar Medical. Hakan Gürbüz, Mayar Medical’s General Manager, has already shown his dedication to our products through the purchase of an initial inventory of The EKG Glove™ and attendance at various emergency medical congresses throughout Turkey. We look forward to supporting Mayar Medical’s selling efforts, which are set to formally launch in the second half of 2015.”
